Dr. Samee studied from Male' from Thaajudheen schools to Dharumavantha School (was amoung the national top 10) to CHSE. After wards completed 6 years of MBBS from Privolzhsky Research Medical University Formerly known as Nizhny Novogrod State Medical Academy) Nizhny Novogrod Russia and was amoung the Top 5 Graduates of the batch. Did one year internship internship program in Chittago medical College and Hospital, Chittagong Bangladesh. Worked 4 years in IGMH as Medical Officer in Department of Respiratory medicine. During this period worked in ICU and NIV setup especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. During this period worked as a lecturer in Faculty of Health Science, Maldives National University Male', Maldives. Completed 3 years of residency program in Otorhinolaryngology head and neck from Gomel State Medical University in Gomel Belarus.
